School Education for Healthy Body and Mind in Digital Era
Empowering Digital Fitness: Bridging Gaps, Boosting Minds.
Our Mission
Addressing a critical gap in online education, our project seeks to revolutionize Physical Education (PE) for students aged 14-16. Research indicates that regular exercise significantly reduces the risk of depression, emphasizing the undeniable link between movement and mental well-being. Despite the World Health Organization’s recommendation of an hour of moderate exercise daily for students, many schools fall short. Our initiative not only equips secondary school teachers with the skills to teach PE online but also promotes peer-education, fostering a culture of self-care and a healthy mindset in the digital age. By collaborating with formal education institutions, training centers, and IT companies, we aim to create an innovative digital learning pathway. Our holistic approach also emphasizes intercultural learning, environmental sustainability, and inclusivity, ensuring students from diverse backgrounds and economic standings benefit. In a world where online learning is the new norm, our mission is to ensure that physical well-being isn’t left behind.
