A Platform in multiple languages with integrated modules of Physical Education empowerment targeted at prospective teachers, youth workers, students, sport clubs, and schools was produced by the Consortium under the leadership of SC PSIHOFORWORLD. The Web Platform was an instrument of autonomous learning and e-learning conceived for adapting to the necessities of the wider audience of young people in Europe who were in need of flexible arrangements of learning (in terms of time-flexibility and uncostrainedness to specific physical education), allowing them to acquire the necessary skills for in-door moves. With a view to allowing full usability of the Platform/E-Learning modules by this category of learners, partner organizations paid particular attention to ensuring a simple Web Architecture and an intuitive access to all the contents and functions. The Platform was both a project Website (storing all information about the project and the different activities as well as functioning as a repository for Outputs) and an educational platform storing multilingual e-learning modules.
The modules were conceived as transpositions of the educational and practical achievements of the international/local Piloting phase, tailor-made to the requirements and opportunities of the digital setting. The modules indeed integrated digital translation of the educational contents with practical simulations supported by accessible media contents (Videos, Podcasts, etc.) based on the concrete challenges faced by participants in the local Piloting phase.
